Prepared from hand selected orange halves steeped in a deep amber Brandy & Port syrup. Our Citrus Stingers pack a fresh zesty punch, imparting a distinctive bitter/sweet flavour, mellowing as it matures.
Popularly referred to as a “party-in-a-bottle”, citrus stingers can be served simply as a cocktail shot - prepare the taste buds with a dash of Maldon salt, followed by the fruit. Thinly slice to serve with poultry, game, salmon & chorizo sausage. Delectable dipped into melted 70% Belgian chocolate & paired with a chilled dessert wine. Reduce syrup for a delicious sauce.
